Patient B., 25 years old
Industrial injury.
Diagnosis: Open intra-articular fracture of the distal epiphyses of both bones of the right forearm. Damage to the flexor tendons of the fingers.
Surgery: revision, open osteosynthesis of the right forearm and hand with the Ilizarov apparatus, plastic surgery of the radial flexor carpi tendon. Suture of the ulnar artery.
